    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

    • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, detours, or extra stops during the journey.
    • All fares are subject to applicable taxes and surcharges.
  4. Airport Transfers:

    • For airport transfers, passengers are responsible for providing accurate flight details and pickup/drop-off locations.
    • Cheshire Cars is not liable for any delays or missed flights due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic or adverse weather conditions.
  5. Vehicle Condition:

    • Our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
    • Passengers are expected to treat the vehicles with respect and refrain from causing any damage or leaving behind any litter.
  6. Passenger Conduct:

    • Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards the driver and other passengers.
    • Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the termination of the journey and additional charges.

    • While every effort is made to ensure the safety and security of our passengers, Cheshire Cars cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the journey.
    • Passengers are responsible for their own belongings and valuables.
